Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped promptly.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not offer refunds for products that have been opened. However, if your product remains unopened, you may exchange it for another item of equal value or store credit. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Damages

Exotic Beauty Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How long does a typical braiding session take?

The duration of your braiding session will depend on the style you choose and the length of your hair. The estimate will be provided during the booking process.

Do I need to bring my own hair extensions?

We can provide hair extensions for most braiding styles for an additional charge. However, you’re welcome to bring your own if you have a specific brand or color preference. Please discuss this with us when booking your appointment to ensure the best match for your desired style.

How long will my braids last?

The longevity of your braids depends on the style and how well you maintain them. We recommend regular maintenance to keep them looking fresh!

Can I swim or exercise with braids?

Yes, you can swim and exercise with braids, but it's important to take extra care of your braids and scalp. We recommend wearing a swim cap while swimming and using protective styles while exercising to prevent wear and tear.

Are there any age restrictions for braiding services?

We welcome clients of all ages! However, for younger children, we recommend shorter styles that don’t take as long to complete. If you’re booking for a child, please discuss with us beforehand for the best options.
